Remote Operation
• Remote operation allows vacuum furnace operation and monitoring from a computer. Use a company LAN to operate and control the furnace from other locations in the company.
• Use a company LAN to operate and control the furnace from other locations in the company.
Easily Manage Data
• Enter a variety of settings at the same time. Since the PLC can be programmed from the computer, temperature ramping patterns and other parameters can be easily entered and changed.
• Data (chart information, alarm log data, etc.) can be stored using Excel.
