Features

    Unit is optimized for dewaxing and sintering.
  2. Performs Degassing, Dewaxing and Sintering in Sequence
    Uses internal tight box to discharge binder vapors and prevent them from adhering to or contaminating furnace walls or the heat-insulating layer.
  3. Square Tight Box
    Square-shaped tight box increases air tightness and allows handling of large amounts of binder. This shape also creates a more compact vacuum furnace, reduces gas and power consumption, and increases cost-performance.
